CHAPTER ROAD TRIP - MIAMI, FLORIDA

On October 11th-13th we will be traveling to Miami to catch the Redskins vs Dolphins game. Price point for this this weekend will be $310.00 per brother which will include:

1. Game ticket
2. Transportation to and from the game
3. Tailgate Caterer
4. Saturday Brunch, Hospitality Suite and Community Service effort with Miami(FL) Alumni Chapter

We are doing things a little different this year regarding hotel accommodations. Once the final contract is signed the room block code will be posted.

Room rates: $145.00 per night. If you are going to have a roommate that is on you and your roommate so book accordingly.

Credit Card Hold: Credit Card information is ONLY to secure your reservation. You will not be charged until you check in or if you do not cancel within 48 hours of check-in

Doubles and Kings, which can be extended as early as Thursday 10/10 and as late as Monday 10/14.

I did a basic check on flights this weekend and the average price is around $400 flying into Miami International Airport. There is the option to fly in to Fort Lauderdale airport which is about 40 minutes from Miami. 

So, all in all the $310.00 will cover all aspects of the trip EXCEPT your flight and hotel costs. Still waiting to touch base with the new Polemarch of the Miami (FL) Alumni Chapter. After an initial conversation we plan to meet up at Conclave to discuss nighttime activities and to see if they may throw a party while we are down there. Brothers the ball is moving, and you do not want to get left behind. This will be our BEST TRIP YET!!!!!!!!!
