Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Dulles-Leesburg (VA) Alumni Chapter 2018 – 2019 Kappa Instructional Leadership League: Developing Leadership – Our Salvation The Kappa Instructional Leadership League, also known as the Kappa League, is a Guide Right program to promote and develop the leadership potential of its members through participation in club oriented activities and at the same time motivate them to raise their aspiration level. It provides both challenging and rewarding experiences which richly enhance their lives.

All activities and programs are taken from one or more of the following phases:

• Phase I – Self Identity
• Phase II – Training
• Phase III – Competition
• Phase IV – Social
• Phase V – Health Education

Since the fundamental purpose of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is achievement, it is the Fraternity's primary purpose to help Kappa Leaguers achieve worthy goals and make constructive contributions to their communities.

The Kappa League is designed for the following participants:

• Young men who need guidance, support and skills to achieve success 
• Young men who have an interest and desire to develop leadership skills 
• Young men who are actively pursuing college and/or career options 
• Young men who are interested in obtaining the tools necessary for developing independence.
