The Alabama A&M University Chapter, the Gamma Phi of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. Spring 2004 Phantane J. Sprowls is a Spring 2004 initiate of the Alabama A&M University (S), the Gamma Phi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi® Fraternity, Inc. After serving as Guide Right Co-Chairman/Kappa League Director, 2nd Vice Polemarch, and 1st Vice Polemarch of the Dulles-Leesburg (VA) Alumni Chapter (E) (DLAC), and demonstrating a consistent commitment to leadership, mentorship, and chapter advancement, Brother Sprowls was elected as the 9th Polemarch of DLAC. As Polemarch, Brother Sprowls is responsible for leading the strategic vision and operations of the chapter while ensuring alignment with the mission, objectives, and ideals of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He works collaboratively with the chapter's officers, committees, and membership to foster a culture of achievement, accountability, brotherhood, and service. He also supports the initiatives of the Grand Chapter under the leadership of Grand Polemarch Jimmy McMikle and the Eastern Province under the leadership of Province Polemarch Richard B. Mattox. Building upon the strong foundation established by previous administrations, Brother Sprowls is focused on expanding the chapter's impact through youth mentorship, community service, and meaningful engagement throughout Loudoun County and the surrounding region. His administration seeks to strengthen signature programs such as Kappa League and Beautillion, cultivate strategic community partnerships, increase member involvement, and create opportunities that enhance the chapter's visibility, relevance, and long-term sustainability. Through intentional leadership and collective effort, he aims to position DLAC for continued growth while ensuring its legacy of achievement and service remains strong for future generations. |
